  2.             Dear Sirs,
  3.             We have received your letter of March 3, this year, in which
  4.       you ask  us  to  change  the  terms  of  insurance  of  equipment,
  5.       suggested by us in the draft contract  for  the  delivery  of  the
  6.       equipment, for a machine-building  plant.  You  suggest  that  the
  7.       contract should provide insurance against all risks. We draw  your
  8.       attention to the fact that Ingosstrakh of the USSR does not insure
  9.       equipment delivered to these ports against all risks. We know that
  10.       insurance against all risks can be done with the London  Insurance
  11.       Company.  As  to  insurance  against  other   risks   losses   are
  12.       indemnified depending on the terms of an insurance contract.
